Built-In Anticipation

Oh my word, I've been getting teaser pictures of our built-ins all week from the contractor and my anticipation is building worse than a kid at Christmas!  Take a look!

 

 

Here's the initial stage.  Our contractor said that they will be bringing them in in five different pieces.  Now feast your eyes on this beaut!

 

 

Obviously, we still need to install and paint them, but OH MY!  I'm so EXCITED!

Basket Case

Here's something you probably didn't know about me.  I'm a bit of a basket addict.  Try as I might to stay away from them in the store, there's something about them that beckons me.  Like a siren.

 

 

They're just so dang useful for organizing and hiding all the crap you don't want people to see.  Old Xmas decorations?  Hide it in a basket.  Organize your medicines?  Toss 'em in a basket.  A landing spot for towels?  That's right, a basket. 

Anyone else have a basket addiction out there?

Just Hanging Around

Look what my husband did for me while I was at work!

I'll admit, I had already purchased the baskets and towel bars, but he put them up without me even asking! 

Thank you Pinterest for yet another great idea.

Everything looks much more in place now.  The texture the baskets add to the bathroom makes me super happy too!
